For one of our partner, we are looking for LA PRAIRIE Brand Ambassadors Beauty to join our team in Bucharest, Cluj, Timisoara, Constanta, Brasov and Iasi.
La Prairie skin care and makeup represent an exquisite fusion of Swiss science, art and rare ingredients. The brand traces its origins to 1930s Switzerland, where a doctor at Clinique La Prairie pioneered cellular anti-aging therapies. La Prairie became the first brand to apply this research to skin care, infusing collections with their exclusive Cellular Complex.
Main ROLE: The Brand Ambassador is the Guardian of the La Prairie Luxury House, creating the most delightful and distinctive experiences for our discerning clients while living the brand`s core values: passion, excellence, care and entrepreneurship.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Deliver an exceptional Client Experience to new and existing clients by following the La Prairie Art of Service protocol
• Inspire all clients through luxurious storytelling, share comprehensive information about the brand and collections
• Collect quality client data adhering to GDRP regulation and ensure luxury execution of the La Prairie CRM Program
• Understand and monitor the performance of individual KPI’s as well as those of the counter; achieve or exceed qualitative & quantitative targets
• Effective time management to ensure the delivery of: orders/inventory, reporting, hygiene standards, booking appointments, client follow up
• Maintain a clean and immaculate counter
• Ensure the product and tester display is always clean and following the La Prairie’s Visual Merchandising guidelines
• Build professional relationships with La Prairie Retail Manager, Douglas store management, colleagues & team
